Our Story
3flow is a women’s wellness and social experience platform designed to bring women together
— to slow down, reconnect, and build meaningful connections at the workplace and beyond.
We create spaces where wellbeing and community meet, helping women feel better, together.
3flow Founder
Alina Gill
I created 3flow because I saw too many women — myself included — feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and running on empty. There were wellness offerings and social events, but few that combined restoration, education about stress and self-care, and the chance to meet new people and truly connect.

Our mission is to create spaces where women can slow down, look after themselves, and connect with others — whether it’s learning practical tools for wellbeing, meeting new people, or simply feeling lighter, calmer, and more like themselves.
